Program Overview
Training comes first. Preparation and readiness validation occur before any career placement to ensure candidates meet workplace expectations.
Where appropriate, proprietary VR-based skills training is used to reinforce role-specific fundamentals, safety awareness, and jobsite expectations prior to placement.

VR-based training is used as a validation and reinforcement tool, not a replacement for hands-on instruction or employer onboarding.
Readiness Validation

Candidates are evaluated against defined readiness standards before being introduced to employers. Only candidates who meet readiness criteria move forward.
Validation standards are aligned to employer role requirements to ensure readiness is relevant, not generic.
Training, Readiness & Accountability
Training Comes First
Readiness standards apply across all career placement pathways. Proz N Conz begins with workforce readiness and preparation before placement activity, ensuring consistency and accountability.
Where appropriate, proprietary VR-based skills training is used to reinforce role-specific fundamentals, safety awareness, and jobsite expectations prior to employer introduction.
VR-based training is used as a validation and reinforcement tool, not a replacement for hands-on instruction or employer onboarding.
Candidates are not introduced to employers until they meet baseline standards related to:
- Attendance expectations
- Workplace behavior
- Communication
- Safety awareness
- Role-specific fundamentals (as applicable)
STABILIZE™ Self-Help & Stability Support (Non-Clinical)
In addition to workplace readiness, candidates may participate in STABILIZE™, a structured self-help and self-regulation program designed to reinforce emotional stability, stress management, and personal accountability as individuals transition into employment.
STABILIZE™ focuses on internal boundary awareness, trigger recognition, and daily self-regulation practices that support attendance, workplace behavior, and long-term reliability. The program is non-clinical and does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or medical treatment. Proz N Conz coordinates STABILIZE™ as part of its preparation-first model, while any clinical services are delivered separately by qualified partner organizations when appropriate.
Readiness Evaluation & Validation
Candidates undergo a structured readiness evaluation before being introduced to employers. This evaluation confirms that baseline standards have been met and that candidates are prepared for workplace expectations.
Readiness evaluation includes review of:
- Attendance and punctuality expectations
- Workplace behavior and professionalism
- Communication readiness
- Safety awareness
- Role-specific fundamentals, where applicable
Only candidates who meet readiness criteria move forward.
Evaluation standards are aligned to employer role requirements to ensure readiness is relevant, consistent, and defensible.
Ongoing Accountability

Support does not end at placement.
We maintain structured follow-up during early employment to:
- Identify issues early
- Reinforce expectations
- Support long-term retention where appropriate
- Reinforce STABILIZE™ self-help and self-regulation practices during early employment to support attendance, reliability, and emotional stability
This approach reduces employer risk and improves outcomes for all parties.
